The proposed development comprises a 200 space overnight HGV park located adjacent to junction 9 of the M42. The site is also located approximately half a mile from Hams Hall Distribution Park and seeks to deliver a high quality development which will help to meet the HGV parking needs in the area.
A planning application for the proposed development was submitted in June 2020, in response to the recognised shortage of HGV parking facilities.
