Harriet Moloney

Director

Harriet is a Chartered Surveyor with a background in development and fund management. She started her career with Jones Lang LaSalle working in development consultancy advising landowners and developers on development masterplanning and viability.

She then moved to LaSalle Investment Management where she was National Director. Her role included investment acquisitions and sales, portfolio management and fund strategy on behalf of major pension fund clients managing c.£800m.

In 2018, Harriet joined London & Cambridge Properties as Senior Asset Manager, managing a diverse portfolio of shopping centres across the UK. She has built strong connections with local authorities and key stakeholders and sat on a number of Regeneration Action Boards to ensure their strategy was at the forefront of plans for each new area. A key part of Harriet’s role was to drive value through exploring alternative use options as well as increasing the net operating income of each asset.

Harriet joined Cuvette as a Director in 2019, bringing her dedication, drive and knowledge of strategic asset and fund management with her. She is responsible for strategic acquisitions and the management and delivery of major projects as well as the day to day management of the Cuvette team.
