Development Manager

Rose is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with a MSc in both Planning and Real Estate. She started her career at Delta Planning, a planning consultancy, whilst undertaking her planning master's degree.

From here, Rose joined JLL's rotational graduate scheme, gaining experience in a range of disciplines and sectors prior to accepting a full time role in the Planning and Development team. Rose has worked with both public and private sector clients on a variety of projects providing development strategy advice, acting as project co-ordinator, undertaking viability assessments and feasibility studies, the acquisition and disposal of property assets and valuation. Rose has experience working across a range of asset classes.

Rose joined Cuvette as a Development Manager in June 2021, and will be assisting with strategic acquisitions and the management of major projects.
