Steve has been in the property sector for over 30 years. He has accumulated an impressive portfolio of experience working for some of the largest corporations in the property sector.

Strategic land development has always been in Steve’s blood. In 2000, Steve set up Astral Developments with former colleagues which specialised in industrial and mixed-use schemes throughout the UK. In addition, Astral assembled a substantial land bank of sites and put together a dedicated team of experienced planning and technical professionals to bring these sites through the planning process.

In 2007, Astral was sold to Prologis, having developed over 10 million sq ft of floor space and approximately 900 acres of land bank. Following the sale, Steve joined Prologis for two years as Senior Vice President responsible for UK development.

Steve has been Managing Director of Cuvette from its formation, leading its acquisition and pursuit of strategic sites throughout the UK, and bringing his exceptional knowledge and expertise of strategic property development with him.
